全国専門学校日本語教育協会

本協会は前条の目的を達成するため次の諸事業を行う。
To achieve the goals stated, we will engage in the following activities.

１）教材並びに教員の資質向上のための教育指導法の研修・研究開発。
Research and develop teaching methods, and offer training to improve the quality of teaching materials and teachers.

２）学生による日本語弁論大会。
Host speech contests for students.

３）国内外の日本語教育状況調査、広報活動、国際交流事業。
Conduct surveys focusing on Japanese language education both domestically and internationally; hold promotional activities; organize international exchange events.

４）行政・議会への提言、情報収集、要望活動、講演会の実施。
Make recommendations to governmental bodies and the Diet; collect information; make necessary recommendations; organize seminars.

５）関係諸団体並びに諸機関との協力による教育基盤整備に関わる事業。
Plan and engage in projects to establish education fundamentals in coordination with related organizations and institutes.

６）優秀な各校、教職員・学生への表彰状の授与。
Give awards to schools, faculty members and students for outstanding achievement.

７）その他本会の目的達成に必要な諸活動。
Plan and conduct any other activities necessary to achieve our goals.

1総務委員会　The Executive Council

・事務局の統括、運営　Supervising and operating NACJE.
・理事会、総会、役員会などの開催　Organizing board meetings, general meetings, committee meetings and more.
・財務管理　Management of finances.
・協会ホームページ、パンフレットの作成　Creating NACJE website and pamphlets.
・新規会員校の募集、相談活動　Recruiting new member institutes and giving consultation.
・「学校評価・質保証」に関する研究　Research on “School evaluation and quality guarantee.”

2情報共有委員会　The Information Sharing Committee

・行政と日本語教育に関する連携　Coordinate with governmental bodies with regard to Japanese language education.
・日本語教育推進議員連盟への提言　 Make proposals to “Nihongo Kyoiku Suishin Ginrenmei.”
・産業界(観光、ＩＴ、介護など)との情報交換　Intellectual exchanges with industries (tourism, IT, senior care and more).
・ニュースレターでの情報発信　Distribution of information by newsletters.

3教育研究委員会　The Educational Research Committee

・「日本語弁論大会」の開催　Hosting Japanese language speech contests.
・教員の資質向上のための研修会　Workshops to improve the quality of teachers.
・日本語教育に関する講演、シンポジウム　Lectures and symposiums on Japanese language education.

4学生対策委員会　The Student Affairs Committee

・留学生の支援と指導　Giving support and guidance to international students.

例：資格外活動、健康管理、犯罪防止、不法滞在の防止など
Example: Permission to engage in an activity other than that permitted under the resident status, health care, crime prevention, illegal residence and more.

・就職支援　Employment assistance
・在留資格申請に関する問題の研究と対策 Research and measures on Certificate of Eligibility application.
・各地方入国管理局への対応と要望を協議 Discussions on approaches and recommendations to the regional immigration bureau.
・学生募集のための会員校の広報 Promotion of member institutes for student recruitment.
